SNOWBIRD SERVICES
Whether you are a frequent traveler, a snowbird or are just leaving town for a while it is always a comfort and a relief to know your home is being looked after. We offer Home care services that will provide you with the confidence and security to enjoy your travels to the fullest. Our home care services consist of periodic drop-ins where we will collect your mail, make sure all doors and windows leading into your home are secured and perform routine checks on your appliances, water your plants. Since every home is unique and every concern important, we can tailor this service to meet your specific needs and concerns. Ask about our add on cleaning services!

- Assist with packing and organizing possessions
- Regular visits to your home to check the plumbing, watering plants, running sinks and flushing toilets to ensure no problems occur
- Ensure furnace and heating is operational
- Mail services, bringing newspapers and mail in

INTERIOR PROPERTY CARE
- Walk interior home, perform visual check for doors, windows, signs of vandalism, etc
- Text/Email date stamped verification picture after each inspection
- Start vehicles if required/requested (move if requested)
- Check electric panel for tripped breakers
- Confirm home temperature is as requested
- Removal, recycle or place/store newspapers, flyers
- Collect and place/store or forward Mail
- Check fridge, freezer, furnace, hot water tank (*etc as identified)
- Visual check for any signs of leakage, other potential concerns
- Select lighting to leave on or place timers (*provided by VIP)
- IMMEDIATE reporting to Client of any abnormalities found
EXTERIOR PROPERTY CARE
- Walk exterior property, perform visual check for doors, windows, signs of vandalism, etc
- Text/Email date stamped verification picture after each inspection
- Once per week video clip after outside home inspection (if requested)
- Check of all locks, doors, windows and entry points
- Visual check of landscaping, yard, fences, trees and gates
- Visual check for potential areas of concern, leakage, drainage, rodents etc
- Visual check of shed, garage and other areas
- Snow removal services as required/requested (additional fee, services provided by contractor unless otherwise negotiated)
- Lawn services as required/requested (additional fee, services provided by contractor unless otherwise negotiated)
THE EXTRA TOUCHES
- Something unexpected delivered or need attending, we are there to help you with the details
- Turn up the heat, get the hotwater tank going ~ a bouquet of beautiful Okanagan Flowers, bottle of wine, few groceries, maybe a housecleaning to freshen things up ~ taking care of the little things that make life easier (*additional service fee’s and costs apply)
